The multimedia XpressMusic smartphone comes with universal music. Each purchase of the Tube phone, Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, has accompanying voucher with unique code to download your favorite music and videos from Universal for a groovy Nokia 5800 XpressMusic entertainment experience. With the activation code you get access to 450-500 downloads.
To download, follow these simple steps:
1. Log onto www.umobile.com.my/5800
- Though your smartphone’s web browser using your data plan or WiFi access
- Through your PC or laptop. (Other browsers are not supported other than Internet Explorer because of the digital media rights, DMR)
2. Register and enter the 10- digit activation code from the voucher included with your tube purchase. The code expires after 90 day from activation.
3. Browse, listen and download from a wide selection of Universal Music.
4. If you downloaded straight to your Nokia 5800 Xpress Music phone, you can enjoy right away your media. If you downloaded using your computer, use WMP11 to synch your downloads to your Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone. (You are not supposed to use the Nokia Music Manager software to side-load due to Windows Media Digital Media Rights.) WMP11 is available for download here.

My first downloads were through my laptop and as instructed synched to my phone by WMP11 and I had no problem with it. The music is exceptional. My second downloads were directly to my Nokia 5800 phone using my phone’s browser using WiFi. It was so fast and smooth. Another downloads to my pc for synching with WMP11, but this time I have an error. It does not synch anymore. The copyrighted music can’t be synched. Using Bluetooth works after it verifies my license information, and they work as fine. But I have to do it one by one?!
